A $50 deposit books your session. You can pay in full online or by cash, Venmo, or Zelle at your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows and late cancellations.

For late cancellations due to illness or emergency, please contact me directly at 201-895-2288.

If you run late to your appointment, we will try within reason to offer you the length of your session, but may need to subtract minutes to accommodate the next scheduled client.

Please refrain from wearing strong artificial perfumes or colognes to your session. (Essential oils are fine.)

Your personal information will be kept private and confidential.

The client understands that the therapist may refuse treatment if contraindicated due to medical conditions or due to concerns around health, safety and wellbeing of either the client or the therapist.

Each person reacts differently to bodywork. While 4-Way Massage Therapy intends to meet the client as best we can, we cannot guarantee any particular outcome from a treatment or series of treatments. Nor can we formally diagnose any conditions.

4-Way Massage Therapy reserves the right to refuse or terminate treatment to any client, at our own discretion. In this instance full payment is still required and no refund will be given.

Examples of when this may occur include:

If the client is under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs at the time of treatment;

If the client has withheld or not provided information relevant to treatment;

If the client’s actions, words or behaviour are inappropriate or of a sexual nature;

If the client is threatening, aggressive or violent, or in any way poses a risk to the therapist.
