About Me

Beyond the healing arts, my path has led me to live, work, and train in a residential monastic spiritual community for 4 years where we practiced both Buddhist traditions and earth-based shamanic traditions.

I am compelled toward relational integrity, and the systemic resuscitation of Trust. I believe that choice and action are prayer. My intentions are to live a life of ever increasing personal responsibility and spiritual maturity. I aspire to offer value to those around me and live increasingly in a flow state informed by Creation.

I enjoy pole dancing, Korean food, and cutting soap.

About My Work

Beginning in 2010, I developed this 4-limbed “quadrupedal” system of bodywork to:

  • redefine what clinical therapeutic massage can be

  • make deep tissue sustainable for practitioners

  • maximize how much work can be accomplished in one session

  • hold space for receivers to unpack trauma that is stored in the tissues

  • create to a world where we revere our bodies as a source of wisdom and spiritual evolution

The body has a yin side and a yang side. One side cannot rebalance without simultaneous adjustment of its counterpart. All sides of every coin must be included in the healing process. For example, if you’ve got shoulder pain, chances are your pectorals are disengaged, contracted, and need just as much attention.

Direct experience with the harmonizing of yin and yang in the body conditions us to recognize the seen, the unseen and their interconnectedness in every aspect of life. The root cause for all disorder goes back infinitely until the whole system is included. The 4-way massage therapy system seeks maximize the conscious contact you receive. To leave no stone unturned and leave nothing and no one behind in the pursuit of wholeness.
